Energy Healing
Energy healing is a gentle, holistic approach that works with the body’s subtle energy system to support balance and wellbeing.
My training is based on the work of Barbara Ann Brennan, who understands health as closely connected to the human energy field — sometimes referred to as the aura. This field reflects and influences our physical, emotional and mental state.
Along this field sit energy centres, often called chakras. When we experience stress, emotional strain, or prolonged pressure, these centres can become imbalanced. Energy healing aims to restore flow and harmony.
What happens in a session?
You lie fully clothed on a treatment bench for about 60 minutes.
The session is quiet and deeply restful.
Through light touch and focused presence, I work with specific energy points while acting as a channel for balancing energy.
You don’t need to prepare in any special way.
There is no belief system required — only a willingness to rest.
Who is it for?
You don’t need to have a specific condition.
Many people come simply because they feel depleted, overwhelmed, or out of balance.
Energy healing can support:

Sometimes the most powerful part of healing is allowing your system to settle.
For a particularly transformative experience, I often combine energy healing with a 20–30 minute breathwork session beforehand, allowing the body to open, settle, and receive more fully.
