It took me three burnouts in 10 years to finally learn that true change starts from within. Before, I blamed external circumstances, often felt like the victim with a ‘poor me’ mentality. It wasn’t one special day where it clicked, rather a process of learning about my body, symptoms and understanding my behaviour patterns.

For the past five years, I have guided individuals in discovering the Wim Hof Method and integrating it into their daily lives. Many remain in touch, sharing how conscious breathing, cold exposure, and focused mindset work have brought lasting change and renewed strength.

Energy Healing
Energy Healing, based on the work of Barbara Ann Brennan, understands the human being as a unified system of body, emotions, and energy. In this deeply individual, hands-on work, I support the harmonisation of the energy field and the release of stored tension — restoring balance where things may have moved out of sync. The effects are often subtle, yet can create lasting shifts in wellbeing, clarity, and inner stability.
