My Journey
It took me three burnouts in 10 years to finally learn that true change starts from within. Before, I blamed external circumstances, often felt like the victim with a ‘poor me mentality’. It wasn’t one special day where it clicked, rather a process of learning about my body, symptoms and understanding my behaviour patterns.
It also wasn’t one special modality that helped me understand or heal me, it was the process of me allowing change, challenging myself and being open to what was available to me. With every step I took to help myself I progressed even if this often didn’t feel like progress but regress.
